I'd spent ten years designing homes and interiors for some of London's most demanding clients before I struck out on my own, and the one thing I never stopped believing was this: a room should be felt in the body before it's understood by the eye. That's what I chase on every project — not the perfect render, but the moment someone walks in and exhales.
